–HidroClick&Car is a new service for fast collection of purchases from Hidro Balear Palma that works by placing an order by phone, WhatsApp, or Email with store pickup without getting out of the car or parking, always at the time you decide.

-Call, send a WhatsApp or an Email and place your order.

-We will confirm that Stock is available, and we will send you an order confirmation so that you can pick it up.

-You access by car to the HidroClick&Car collection point of Hidro Balear that we will indicate to you and our warehouse staff will take your purchase to the car. Very fast, simple, and safe!

It is a free service.

You have the same prices and offers as in our stores.

You may collect your order comfortably on the way home, when you leave work, after picking up the children from school or even when you return from your vacation, choosing the day and time that suits you best.

  1. Call, send a WhatsApp to 664 269 061 or an e-mail indicating the products you need.
  2. Upon receiving your message, our sales department will contact you after checking the stock. If the items are available in our warehouses, we will send you the order so that you can easily pay it with your credit card and specify the pick-up time.
  3. You choose the collection time slot, you identify yourself with your ID, email or WhatsApp confirmation and we deliver your order without queues, without waiting. Our warehouse staff will place it in your trunk, you don’t have to get out of the car, comfortable and safe!

E-MAIL SERVICE HidroClick&Car

-We will inform you in detail of the status of your order and when you may go to pick it up at the selected point by email, WhatsApp, or phone call, as you prefer.

-You must pick up your order on the day and time slot that you have reserved.

The collection hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday at the Hidro Balear Palma store on C/ dels Foners, 62B.

Yes, of course, during the purchase process you can choose if the order is collected by you or if you authorize someone else. The person who picks it up must present their ID and the order collection email to receive the purchase.
