Our engineering team designs the project in AutoCAD and 3D—pools, hydraulics, water treatment, climate control, dehumidification, linings, and equipment—and reviews it with you before you make a decision, providing a detailed budget. Transparent, like water.
We coordinate civil works, installations, and finishes, whether for new construction or the complete renovation of an existing spa. If the hotel remains open, we plan in phases to coincide with your season. A single point of contact.

A commercial spa operates 365 days a year. Our own technical service, based in Palma, handles spare parts, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
