No excavation for the shell

Before adding a swimming pool to your home
The differences between models, installation requirements, and water care are all part of the decision. Here you'll find answers to your most frequently asked questions.
A prefabricated pool uses a pre-made shell or structure. The term ‘without building work’ is usually applied to above-ground models that do not need excavation to house the shell, although they may require base preparation and connections. In-ground versions do require excavating the ground.
Installation can be completed quickly once the site is prepared, but this should not be confused with the total time from placing the order. Availability, the chosen configuration and any preparatory work will determine the commissioning date. The timeframe is confirmed for each project.
Just because a pool is prefabricated or removable doesn't automatically mean it's exempt from needing a permit. The requirements depend on the applicable regulations, the location and the characteristics of the installation. Before proceeding, it's essential to check with the relevant local council which permits the project requires.
Poolins stands out for its ecopolymer pool shells and customisation options. Laghetto offers above-ground pools and mini-pools with various finishes, equipment, and relaxation solutions. Only when a technical assessment confirms that the structure can support the loads of the pool, the water, the users and the equipment. It is not enough for the model to fit physically: the load-bearing capacity of the floor slab and the installation conditions must be checked by a qualified professional before the pool is put in place.
It requires filtration, pH and disinfectant monitoring, pool cleaning, and equipment servicing. Maintenance should be tailored to the water volume, frequency of use, and installed system. Heated versions or those with wellness features may require specific care as indicated by the manufacturer.
The height of the pool is no substitute for safety measures or supervision. When children are present, continuous adult supervision and controlled access to the water are essential. Barriers and other safety features must be suitable for the installation and are no substitute for an adult's attention.
